These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms of Sale") govern your access to and use of CBP Patient Store (the "Site") and the purchase of products and/or services (the "Products") from CBP Seminars ("we", "us", "our"), located in Eagle, Idaho, United States.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase any Products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase Products or use the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Products and Orders

• All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.
• We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing Products; however, we do not warrant that Product descriptions, colors, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
• Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject it for any reason (including pricing errors). We will notify you if we cannot fulfill your order.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier (FOB shipping point).

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars and exclude taxes, shipping, and handling unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Site.
• Payment is due at the time of order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. 
• You authorize us (and our third-party payment processors) to charge the selected payment method.
• All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Return & Refund Policy.
• Sales Tax may be charged in accordance with applicable state laws.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping times and costs are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (for international orders), or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Please read our No Return or Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Policy Overview

All sales of products purchased from The CBP Patient Store, whether online, in-store, or through other channels, are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Exceptions

In rare cases, exceptions may be considered if:

• The product is defective or damaged upon receipt, and proof is provided within 48 hours of delivery.
• The purchase violates applicable consumer protection laws, in which case remedies will be provided as required by law.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site/Products.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
